MyFitnessPal works so much better, and I have it with me all the time on my phone.

It's a website or phone app. You enter in all your details and it tells you how many calories to eat to lose weight. Then you enter in all the food you eat and it keeps a running total.

I just had a go with the tool. Is there any way to get the full nutritional details? I tried a couple of foods and it just gave calories and fat. That is useful to double check calorie counts provided elsewhere, but it doesn't give enough information. I don't think it makes sense to pick fat as the only nutrient to display, giving saturated fat, monounsaturated, polyunsaturated would be much more useful for those worried about dietary fat levels. Info on protein, fibre, carbs, sodium, is important as well!

Thanks for letting us know about it anyway, but I don't think I will be using it that much.
