Sorry to hear you have had endometriosis, I know from experience that it's a very painful condition. I hope you are recovering well, it can take some time to feel better, and you must be careful not to overdo things.

I have found that I need to cut down on carbohydrates to lose weight, so I make the rice or potatoes the smallest part of my meal. I do not eat breakfast cereals, but prefer to have eggs in some form. Have a look at the many suggestions on this page, and perhaps have a look at the Endometriosis page on HealthUnlocked.
