Keen to return to fitness following injuries to heel, and hip. I have had to stop my usual exercise routine, and now only do yoga. Any tips

The obvious option is to try swimming. No stress on your joints and the water is very relaxing and soothing.

Hi missmalice3,

I'd suggest you try and focus on other parts of your body, e.g. upper body for a little while until your injuries have fully healed. Perhaps some weights or "chair" exercises might help.

Some of what you do will of course depend on how weight bearing (if at all) your hips/heel are.

You may also find some exercise gadgets, like the old Bullworker or its modern equivalents, might help until you able to undertake a fully range of exercise.
