Hi Bluelady-sing,

I had (and sometimes still do despite the mirena coil) - they're horrible to deal with and for myself very painful as well. Turned out I had Endometriosis alongside PCOS.

What support are you looking for?

Well I’d definitely recommend getting some period pants as a back up to whatever sanitary method you’re using at the moment. They’re a saviour on an overflow day!

I spend so much on them I use 52 napkins per period I have a submuciod fibriod
