Hi,

Do anyone ever experience hot flashes & headaches/migraines due to the hormonal imbalance?

I've been having a lot lately; I'm only 25 so it's causing anxiety a little.😕

Hot flushes yes, all my life, I found the combined contraceptive pill helped massively.

I am now 50 and have the extra hot flushes as menopausal and it is like pcos symptoms x 10 !! HRT is helping get it all back under control. The combined pill basically does a similar thing.

Hello!

I get hot flushes a lot. Particularly at work. Also night sweats. It’s horrible and I’m so self conscious. I also get headaches and migraines, but they are getting less. I’m 27 and it is a struggle. There may be things a doctor can help you with though if you’re suffering too much, so it may be worth speaking to them. X
