Hi it comes with the turf when dealing with pcos. If this is a new pain see your gp it could be that a cyst has twisted or burst if the pain is really bad. But until you can see a doctor if it is manageable don't be afraid to mix a paracetamol based pain killer with ibuprofen as e.g take paracetamol 4 times a day take ibuprofen 3 but take them 2 hours after paracetamol so as the affects of the paracetamol are wearing off the ibuprofen will kick in. If these medications are not helping you can speak to a chemist who may suggest cocodamol or naproxen which both can be taken for 3 days I hope this helps. If it gets unbearable head to aae. I hope you feel better soon x
