Does anyone know what a diagnosis of secratory endometrium mean? I also have PCOS which i dont know if the two are related?

Endometriosis is linked to pcos but not endometrium I don't think (sounds similar tho, maybe different area or something) so I haven't heard of it being related to pcos (obviously doesn't mean it isn't!) What has your specialist advised ?

That just the problem they havent explained anything as they havent actually asked to see me yet but do you even know what Sectratory Endometrium means and what it is?

oh how helpful - the sectratory word means it is part of your monthly cycle - it could mean endometriosis which is linked to pcos - are you having a follow up appointment or anything or referred to someone else?

It does mention thickening similar to endometriosis but I am not too sure what the difference is to be honest, never heard it in that terminology.

I had my gynae appointment brought forward to 28th feb.. my biopsy resilts were back on the 23rd however nothing about this was mentioned. I was fitted with the coil (which was the plan before i had the biopsy taken) and sent on my way to be reviewed in 6 months. Despite being in constant pain and doped up on painkillers all day everyday. Everytime i have an internal the pain is made wirse which i dont understand and they wont gove ne an explanation for the pain either. I dont want to live my live on painkillers

Pain is endometriosis - you need to see an endocrinologist really as it is their area. Have you had a laparoscopy ? Go back to your GP and push to see an endo as I agree you dont want to live on painkillers as it isnt tackling the problem.
