Hello everyone, what is your delicious Vegan treat for New Year? π
Since I have lots of fresh blue berries, I just made a simple cobbler to enjoy with tea in the evening. Prepping time is only 15 mins. ππ
Recipe:
1. Mix 1 cup of buckwheat, 1/4 cup of almond flour and 2 tsp of baking powder.
2. Add 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed coconut milk and 1/2 cup of cashew milk.
3. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil and blue berries as the last step.
Baked at 375F for 25 mins and ready to serve. It turns out so juicy, sweet and sour from all fresh berries which I enjoyed so much. ππ
