Today I made this simple gluten free Vegan Jambalaya dish. π
Recipe:
1. Cooked bamboo rice with cashew milk and black beans with Cajun seasonings.
2. Add sliced sweet chilis and mushrooms.
3. Baked sliced ripe plantains with avocado oil and maple syrups.
This dish turns out great that can warm our bodies up within seconds with all the spice and refreshing pieces of savory plantains. I enjoyed this so much with a nice cup of earl grey tea. π
