Iβve been busy with family and just quick fix for my meals the whole time. Today I am glad to be back and relaxing to prepare home cook meal. πππ
I recreated this dish called MaPo Tofu from a restaurant that my family loves having it from time to time.
Dish Recipe:
1. SautΓ© meatless balls chopped up in pieces with onions and olive oil.
2. Pour in mushroom broth with a bit of gf soy sauce and some starch to make into gravy texture.
3. Add sliced mushrooms, cubes soft tofu, herbs seasonings.
4. Last step is garnishing the dish with strips of nori seaweed seeds and fresh sliced jalapeΓ±os, basil leaves and toasted sesame seeds.
I love to enjoy this dish with bamboo rice (the green color is from chlorophyll), seaweed and a nice warm cup of jasmine tea. π
