Lentils Recipes Suggestion Please. 🌱😊❤️

Hello everyone, I hope you all have a lovely Friday so far and a peaceful weekend ahead! 🤗

Today I managed to go outside again and did some groceries. I picked up 3 types of lentils and I am looking for inspiration to make this weekend. I know it’s one of very basic/common ingredients in vegan diet but i have never used lentils before and would love to learn from you what you have made so far. Your sharing lentil dishes is much appreciated! 😊🙏

It looks like a curry/stew type and they use spinach in there too with many nice spices. That is a wonderful suggestion! 🤗🙏

That’s the one! It’s lovely with spinach in! Sauce is nice and creamy and Moreish with lentils, I expect even nicer with 3 different varieties of lentils. Nice served with a roti bread or chapatis.

I think with some coconut cream and maybe add some chopped cashew nuts in will be great. Roti, chapatis or some freshly made gluten-free garlic naan I have in mind… I think I’m going into this direction of your suggestion this weekend. 🙏🤗

I was thinking of coconut cream too, and the cashew nuts give added protein, magnesium and a creaminess too. You’re making my mouth water now ☺️ Hope you enjoy your creation.x

Look for a recipe for M'jadrah. I grew up on it and it's one of my favorites. Simple too.
