1. Mix 60g of oat flour (always go by grams with oat instead of volume because of the density), 2 tbsp psyllium husk powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp of garlic powder, and a bit of salt to taste.
2. Blend well with 1 cup of warm water and divide the dough into 4 portions. Flat them and heat in any regular pan you have with a bit drizzle of olive oil. (Pic collage included in reply for demonstration).

Great mindfulness, your meals are so inspiring and creative! Funnily enough I was going to ask if you could post the recipe for your palak mushroom curry, but youβve already done that!! πYouβll have to do some more of your recipes! Definitely will try this one, my family like curry.
Hi KoKo , your curry looks delicious but unfortunately I would have to give it a miss because of medical condition . Hope you are all ready for tomorrow night and the festivities . X
Hi Byron2020, thank you very much for saying that about my curry! ππ Iβm sorry you have to avoid certain dish to stay on top of your health condition. I hope you are able to make many other delicious dishes to enjoy still. π
Iβm all set, ready and go for tomorrow evening. ππ
Have a good rest of the night and enjoy your weekend!π€
Love all your ingredients for your palak mushroom curry π. So healthy and so flavorful. I bet it tastes good paired with the oat roti. Time for me to make dinner. Hmmmπ€...Thanks for sharing and have a good nightπ€π.
They are full of greens and fibers for a healthy meal and delicious on top. ππ
Enjoy your Friday evening dinner and have a beautiful weekend ahead!π€
Thank you very much Happyman4 for saying that about my meal! ππ
Thatβs exactly what happened, I tried to use up all my shiitake mushrooms before they perish. Hmmm I wonder if you are going to make Thai curry (green or red)? π€ππ
Perfect, red curry it is with yummy eggplant on top. ππ Your wife and daughter will be very pleased with your decision making in curry choice today. π For the boys, I think they will be extremely happy with your delicious homemade dessert and may I suggest Orange cake ππ
Yummy dinner and scrumptious dessert, canβt ask for more! ππ
Thatβs very true, growing boys do eat a lot. π Hmmm i would suggest cashew milk (low in calories) and I find it keeps me from feeling hungry when Iβm not ready to eat yet. Or coconut juice, full of minerals and vitamins, refreshing given that you have a whole garden full of them. ππ
I just get a big bag of raw cashew, soak overnight, drain and blend with ratio 1 cup cashews, 4 cups of water. You can filter if you donβt like a bit grainy. Itβs so delicious when you add a bit vanilla extract in, plenty of protein from cashew and the lowest calorie nut, even less than almond. Add some turmeric and pepper, it sweetens cashew milk. I have milk every night since I eat very light for dinner and a cup of cashew milk keeps me feel full and happy. π Iβm sure your son will love the taste, vegan diet usually use cashews to make cheese so itβs very savory.
Oohhh I love pink pomelo, dip so good with Tajin salt. π Enjoy the sight of your paradise garden and may your newly planted pomelo tree live long and thrive! π
Have a good day ahead Happyman4 and Iβm looking forward to see your meal and dessert combo post! π
Thatβs wonderful you finished and I hope you are pleased with the final color. Where did you get all this energy when I thought you were just going to relax. ππ
Hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend as well! π€β€οΈ
I remember the soybean dessert over there, I donβt know is it the soil? The water? that grows the soy beans, somehow they smell and taste extra good comparing in US. π I am once in awhile get fresh soy bean treat dessert (ginger syrup) from a mom and pop store over here so delicious. ππYour Orange cake sounds so delicious and Iβm glad your family enjoyed so much. Hmmm your orange cake can be our inspiration, we just manage to figure out how to replace the eggs thatβs all. You are a wonderful baker Happyman4. ππ
I don't think Baby would enjoy a mushroom curry!
This morning we decided on kippers on toast for breakfast which we enjoyed along with toast and crumpets so Baby didnt get chance to steal them off us!
Do Sonya and Lucy like kippers?
β’ in reply to
Curry will be strong for kitty Catgirl. Iβm glad Babyβs digestive system is so great, Sonya canβt at all. π Lucy always sticks to her traditional food.
Hope you have a peaceful Sunday with so much love and joy from Baby! π½π»
That sounds like a simple healthy delicious meal coming up! ππ I sometimes make just soft tofu with chives in vegetable broth, so comforting. π
