Hello everyone, hope you have a wonderful midweek so far! π€
I love granola just for snacks or to add in my yogurt and oatmeal chia jar, so I often make granola for gluten-free caution and this time is mixing with Matcha powder. ππ
Recipe:
1. Low heat in pot: 50ml extra Virgin oil/coconut oil, 2 tbsp matcha powder, 100ml maple syrup. When the liquid is warm, it will bind to all the ingredients better.
2. Remove pot from stove to mix well gluten free rolled oats, almonds, cashews, and pumpkin seeds together.
3. Bake in oven at 350F for 20 mins. Add your favorite dried fruits after 10 mins and at the same time flip all ingredients for even baked.
Let them cool and store in your glass jar and happy snacking! ππ
As always, be inspired, be joyful, take a picture and Enjoy it! πβ€οΈ
Hi Debs, thank you very much for saying that, youβre so kind! π€π
The Matcha powder over power the maple syrup so it gives a veryyy, veryyy mild earthy sweetness but not bitter at all. If you like bitter taste, you can add more matcha powder. I find this is perfect balance, hmmm I would describe earthy sweetness. π€
The weather is not too hot and humid today. I hope it wonβt get hotter as itβs so unpredictable over here.
I hope you had a wonderful dinner and a restful night! π
Earthy Sweetness - sounds lovely π what a nice way of discribing it
Glad the weather is not too hot for you, we had a couple of extremely hot days but today is coolier, damp and with a risk of thunder - it is so unpredictable like you say
Awe thank you Debs, I enjoy these earthy treats over my favorite shows very much. πItβs going to be in 90s today over here. I am just going to have cauliflower and celery π₯£ for lunch. It is a case of climate change as we see everywhere the weather seems to be so unpredictable. π
Have a lovely weekend Koko π I will be going for a meal tomorrow at my favourite vegan restaurant tomorrow, nothing to tiring as Monday will be an extremely long day π
Very healthy granola even without the matchaππ. Perfect snack or meal that packs many nutrients. Thanks for sharing and have a beautiful morning π€π.
