I’m new to this plant based site, don’t want to completely give up fish and a little meat yet,but I really would love more thoughts and views on a total plant based diet.

Hi there Vacyone

I was a Pescatarian before I became a Vegan and initially the two foods I missed most were salmon and cheese.

I became a Vegan in October 2018 and have never looked back. There are so many recipes online to choose from you could eat something different every day of the year. Veganuary and One Green Planet are good sites for recipes.

I feel very healthy being a Vegan and absolutely love the food. I make just about all my own food as I have IBS so have to be careful but I'm definitely not struggling with food choices.

Please do not hesitate to post on here if you have any queries.

All the very best.

Alicia
