More spelt sourdough

I'm very pleased with the way in which the bread turned out today and have been so fortunate to have found a supply of spelt flour.

I shall enjoy every morsel.

I find it toasts fine Ali. It isn't soft like normal bread but that doesn't bother me at all.😊🙏🌈xx

I tend to keep to the same weight but I am exercising loads 😊
