Stir Fry

I need inspirational ideas for tasty protein in a stir fry. Something different to the tofu chunks or fake chicken meat. Particularly not a fan of fake meat. (Fake meat...why?).

How about using black beans or a mix of beans and chickpeas. I absolutely love meals with beans and chickpeas.

I also don't like fake meat, don't see the point. One thing though I suppose fake meat could encourage more people to become Vegan, not a bad thing.😀

Yes, I was leaning toward the idea of beans

Beans are a great idea or you could add puy lentil or use lentil or Edamame noodles which you can buy in sainsburys 🙂🌱 Ali

Hi willsie01

you may add mung sprouts here is a tried out link - start with only 1/2 cup - ininitially i did like she said - the mung turned out for the use of stirfry - 6 days of soaking.

i like the greeness in them so i soaked again the same way for 5 days. and i did put a heavy saucer to make them green and juicy.

tried it out 2 times.
