I made this quickly ready for the weekend. They are delicious. They are exactly the same as the lemon ones I made before but instead of a whole lemon and rind I used peanut butter.
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 cup of ground almonds.
Mix together, freeze for 10 or 15 mins. Put in the oven for about 9 minutes on 170 deg. Leave on baking tray to cool. Simple and delicious. I preferred these to the lemon ones π
Yes that would be ideal. It says they need to be small but not sure why! Mine were about an inch and a half (I think lol) I think they need to be much bigger. Although they do need to be thinish. They are so simple and honestly they are delicious and a bit too moorish π
