I love articles like this. You just have to read it and you can feel his energy and enthusiasm coming through. He became vegan after the BSE outbreak and started to look into where the meat was coming from and then animal cruelty in the meat, dairy and egg industries.

Worth a try! Not easy 🙂 My parents would never give up meat. Mind you, It might be easier to convert your parents than to do 40 mins of press ups each day lol. I know which I’d prefer! 😂

I'll have a read of that Ali, sounds amazing. Would be good to change my family but I can't see that happening any time soon. Hubby gets upset tummy sometimes and said it would be worse with more plants and veg in his diet yeah right!🤔 Think that's more down to the cake and chocolate he eats.
