Today is American national pastry day so I’ve made an apple and date crumble flan.
It’s basically apple and medjool dates on a pastry base with crumble topping with a sprinkling of cinnamon 😁

It was. I should have taken the photo after I had cut it and you can see the layers better. It was scrummy! 😋
