Here's a really meal I had tonight I bought a bag of ready prepared stir fry veggies in the supermarket as there's a selection of 6 veggies plus I highly cooked an onion and some baby tomatoes first and then just stir fried it and then added some hemp milk to chickpea flour and mixed into a paste and added more hemp milk with ginger turmeric and black pepper and added a little chives before serving.
The pasta is vegan gluten free made with sorghum and you cook that like ordinary penne. So its an easy meal to make and the photo shows what a nice easy sauce you can make with chickpea flour and hemp milk any plant based milk would work equally well. π
