Thanksgiving 2018 vegan and vegetarian alternatives 💚

Hi everyone,

Here's an interesting article in the Independent about alternatives to a traditional Thanksgiving dinner and there's some delicious options and the vegetarian options can be easily converted for a vegan diet.

I love the glazed lentil walnut and apple loaf as I do the vegan pumpkin pie and the vegan pumpkin cheesecake swirl brownies which are also gluten free look totally out there.

Looks delicious doesn’t it. I’ve never had pumpkin pie I don’t think. Maybe I will give that a try!

thanks for posting. I will definitely be making that glazed lentil loaf, looks yummy. Maybe for Christmas dinner with all the trimmings....
