Tonight I made jackfruit burgers with barbecue sauce. Very filling and nice for a change.
Jackfruit is really good for you and I bought a few tins of organic jackfruit on line so if anyone else has any ideas what can be made with it then that would be good. I made a chilli in the past and posted it so I have now come to the end of my jackfruit repertoire lol 🙂
