Vegan banana bread 🍌

Today I made banana bread. I used coconut sugar which worked well to give it a caramel taste and also sprinkled in some freshly roasted walnuts.

I hope everyone is enjoying the same sunny weather we have here in Wye 🌞

Thanks Jerry its very nice and I’m not even that keen on banana bread, just didn’t want to waste bananas that needed using up. Think it’s the coconut sugar and walnuts that swung it!
