I've been experimenting with making cream from seeds and nuts and this is made with fresh raspberries and pumpkin seeds that I had soaked then rinsed then blended with a punnet of raspberries (125g) and a little coconut milk and I added a little vanilla essence and some chia seeds.
I sweetened with a little coconut sugar and had it with more raspberries flaked almonds and a couple of gluten free biscuits...which is a variation of these:
That looks very good Jerry. Yes frightening to think how much the food must be modified and coloured to make it look good. I know for magazines etc they do all sorts of things like spraying with hairspray using varnish all sorts of inedible things as after all they want it to look good for the photo shot and no one is going to actually eat it but itβs not until you make things yourself you truely realised how much modification goes on.
