I've been experimenting with making cream from seeds and nuts and this is made with fresh raspberries and pumpkin seeds that I had soaked then rinsed then blended with a punnet of raspberries (125g) and a little coconut milk and I added a little vanilla essence and some chia seeds.
I sweetened with a little coconut sugar and had it with more raspberries flaked almonds and a couple of gluten free biscuits...which is a variation of these:

This to me shows how manufacturers add colour as I'd have thought that the raspberries would have made this a lot redder.
At least this is healthy and free from...π
