I'm going to spend a short break with a friend who snores very loudly. Any one found any ear plugs that would help? thanks, sandra

Try Boots. They're made of yellow foam. Good for cutting out noise.

The Boots foam ear inserts work very well. I've used them in hospital and if when staying somewhere like a large city where there tends to be noise all night.

There's a knack to inserting them but there are instructions with the pack.

Maybe their snoring need to be examined. Mine was and it was discovered that I had Sleep Apnoea and stopped breathing 20 to 30 times an hour. I now have a CPAP machine and I get a great nights sleep (as now does my partner - how she put up with it I have no idea) and feel better all the better for having a decent nights sleep. With NO snoring either !!

Thanks for the tip. Since growing a fatter neck with all the steroids my snoring has (allegedly) become horrendous. Not only is it driving my wife mad, the neighbours tell me they are having to close the windows at night (I hope they are not serious!). I’ll give the Boots ear plugs a try. The ones my wife uses at the moment are not man enough for the job.

Sorry if I am too late, but do try a pair of the 3M™ Tri-Flange earplugs. They offer maximum protection, are moisture resistant, reusable and comes with a cord so you dont lose them. You will need someone to wake you up though!
