hearing loss

I can no longer hear without hearing aids due mainly to Vasculitis , Am I able to claim attendance allowance, is there anywhere that I could get information on how to fill in any forms required .any help or advice would be very welcome, thank you.

Check you are under a vasculitis specialist to prevent further hearing loss.

Thank you for your reply, I am with Addenbrookes who have been extremely helpful over the years of my hearing problems ,my hearing goes if/ when I have a flare ,nothing more can be done.
