Cardiac Syndrome X

Has anybody with G.P.A been diagnosed with Cardiac Syndrome X.

I have not come across anyone personally ARFalk and I do know a few hundred people diagnosed with GPA. Have you discussed this new diagnosis with your doctor who treats you for your Vasculitis?

Not at the moment,the Cardiologist that I am seeing seems to be knowledgeable on GPA

I had to look it up as well but this is a good article. I think it would fit with GPA as they think it's the very small blood vessels that may be affected.

It is also called micro vascular angina,I have recently been diagnosed with it because I was getting chest pain and I had an angiogram and there was nothing wrong with the arteries but I have all the symptoms of angina,if you Google it ,it explains what it is,But there doesn't seem to be a connection to Vasculitus,but my Cardiologist suspects there is in my case.
