Happy Easter to you, too. We don't do Easter eggs or other Easter chocolate (overpriced!) but will dig some lamb out of the freezer for Sunday, assuming we have time to eat it. Spare a thought for those of us in the tourist trade who do our best to make your holidays memorable

I don't know where you work but 'keep up the good work Orsen. Not easy, in the 'Tourist Trade', I know. Just remember this- if you don't have one (just the one) complaint then your not doing it right! Not to suggest that people can be 'fickle' or anything-you understand!
