Had my 6 infusions of cyclo and 10 days later having really bad side affects as well as being tired have heart palpitations ended up A&E

Sorry to hear you are having a bad time with your infusions. I did too and had similar symptoms to you. An out of hours doctor told me to try and relax after checking me out and explained to me it wasn't surprising that I was feeling rough as my body was being pumped with such powerful drugs. He said just try to take it easy and watch tv. It was really good advice for me. I had palpitations like you and although I was checked out and had to wear a heart monitor for 24 hours they did pass eventually after the infusions were finished. I too was incredibly tired. I only had 6 infusions then on to aziathioprine. I did eventually start to feel better. It was slow progress for me and hopefully it will be for you too.

Thanks for replying thought i was having a heart attack! They are going to wire a 24 hr heart monitor but doc did say it was probably all the strong medication.... it was just this last infusion that has really knocked me out.... glad you are making progress..... cant wait to get some energy back....
