even in the last few hours things are improving.
let's give it time to settle in.
I felt it personally yesterday, and whereas we used to al be able to easily support each other, the teething troubles hampered this.
hope to see you tomorrow,
sandra.

hi Sandra I hope things improve pretty soon too.. quite a lot of people are not happy but no one likes change. We went to the presentation on the changes and the changes looked good, but reality it seems more difficult, so as you say we have to give it time.
Heartfelt apologies for all the upheaval. We know it's been a tough time especially for those who use HU day to day. We're flat out on flattening out the issues and really believe it will be worth it in the coming weeks and months.
I must say that the option to remove support for IE8 and IE9 is flabbergasting. Did you guys not look at you Google Analytics stats before implementing this change?
Whilst the new look and feel is a great improvement, I am concerned about the number of people that have serious medical conditions that have been prohibited from entering the site. Many of these will not be technically savvy and will not understand why they need to implement a new browser or how to do.
When you run sites that people with serious and significant illnesses rely on you carry a great responsibility. On this occasion the HealthUnlocked platform has failed its users.
Know your audience; never put form over functions; it's a basic of web management and implementation.
We have received a couple of emails from people complaining about accessing the HU community, but I have emailed them the support page with the direct contact email address and both seem to have accessed the group now. We have received more calls than usual this last few days on the VUK helpline but that just maybe coincidence, as it can vary from day to day.

Astonishingly short sighted and naive decision. Perhaps add an article to main website to explain the difficulties caused by health unlocked?
