Kira is 9 years old, she has Vasculitis (HSP) and she is running in the Great Manchester Run this weekend with members of her family.

Kira is running the Great Manchester Run for Vasculitis UK because she would like to raise awareness of Vasculitis UK.

Kira will be supported by her sister Jade (11), her Step Dad James and her Grandparents Bernie and Phil who will be doing the Great Manchester Run.
