Good evening I have a horrid time of it lately wonder anyone can help I've been stuck in bed for 3weeks so weak I feel horrible when I stand my legs hurt so weak muscles the pin needle feeling in feet all started when I started my vitamin of Doctor vit d and folate is very low but I didn't feel this unwell before them the folate is lowering my blood pressure also I have noticed I have mast cell activation syndrome and pots also just quick question anyone else has had low folate had these symptoms I can't walk on my feet it agony.
