Painful legs

Have hurt muscles and inflamed the tendons in my legs thanks to my drop and jump type tic - 3-4 days of it seeming to be my primary tic have really taken their toll. Amusingly I now walk like an old man and when my girlfriend (who I usually complain at for walking too slow) came to help me from the bus stop last night I was actually complaining because she was walking too fast.

Doctor has recommended I take ibuprofen and start my new meds - so beginning the clonidine this evening.

Fingers crossed! All fingers...including toes for some reason...
