I have had ts for about 18yrs and for the last few weeks it has been getting worse in the evenings even after taking my tablets. I was hoping some one might have any ideas how i could get it a bit more under control.

I'm one of the advocates for the "better out than in" school of thought but as the day goes on and you're at home relaxed more tics come out, particularly when I got to bed. TS waxes and wanes so this does often happen. Prehaps if you've been on your particular meds for a long while they're not working as well as they used to or prehaps you;re stressed about something else. Try not to worry about it too much and talk to your TS specialist about.
