Hi, I am almost 50 years old and have had ADHD with TS most of my life. Most notable tics (e.g., eye blinking, urges to use profanity, impulsive obscene thoughts). Once I became an adult, I became pretty good at hiding all of that. Mostly, I have my fits when I know I’m alone, like when I’m in the car, in a work cubicle, or in my bedroom. That’s when I blink my eyes as much as I want, say obscene things, and stuff like that.
Has anyone had any success with medication‘s for getting rid of their ticks, or at least alleviating them?
Do I have tourettes?
