Hi fellow T sufferers. Had T for 30 years. Sometimes not too bad, sometimes it’s horrendous. Six months ago had a really bad spike. Doctor suggested an ear test, I’m 61 so maybe some hear loss, but got a good result. No hear loss. I’m always looking for something to help and have just read an article about an ear spray that claims to help with T. It’s called Medilisk. Before I waste yet more money, was wondering if anyone has tried this. Any thoughts would be welcome. Thanks guys.

Hello,

Like you, I have suffered from T for a long time - more than 20 years in my case. I follow research and treatments closely. I am not aware of any drops or sprays that cure T and, although I have not used the product, it looks to me like a scam. The few Amazon reviews say that it is useless. Sometimes a legitimate decongestant may help with T, but I doubt that this product is even that, and I doubt even more that your T, which has been assessed by a doctor, is caused by congestion.

Of course I can be wrong about anything, and someone else may come along soon to give you a different opinion, but it really does look like a cruel, expensive, hoax to me,

Best wishes

Hi Peanutbutter - products of this type are regularly queried with us and there is very little realistic prospect of them having any effect on tinnitus.

Lots of very familiar stock photos on that website, I have to say.
