New sound & louder feel like I'm losing my mind 😭

Hey everyone hope your all keeping well.

I have had a new sound the past few weeks it sounds similar to a steam train / heart beat sound you hear on ultrasound scan, it's been quite loud and intrusive lately.

At night I listen meditations / frequency music, helps me fall asleep. I'm 40 and have to deal with this for the rest of my days 😭 just cannot see the end of the tunnel.

Anybody else have similar sounds?

Thank you for reading 💜🙏🏽

Hi Ravks,

Sorry to hear about the changes in your tinnitus. My T changes at times, and that's partly because I have a sinus problem. So that's something you could have checked by your doctor.

Best of luck my friend.
