I have suffered from Tinnitus for 20+ years. I have being managing it using hearing aids to mask the ringing. Over the last six weeks I have weaned myself off 10 mg of citalopram. I was fine so far , but over the last three days it just gone mental. I am exhausted and fatigue and even the hearing aids are not helping. I am really desperate and do not want to go back to taking Citalopram.

Has anyone experienced this?

Has anyone come across any deceives that can mask the tinnitus?

There is so much out there that claims to easy tinnitus, but from past experience I know that they don’t work .

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks.
