Hello friends -

Continuing on my quest to help improve my tinnitus , I came across this article -

lifewellmd.com/benfotiamine...

An interesting read - and introduced me to a supplement I hadn't heard of - Benfotiamine - a B1 vitamin. Further reading showed me that some people taking this supplement had seen an improvement with their Tinnitus - not a cure, but a reduction in symptoms . So I'm giving it a whirl...

I'll report back and let you know how it's going...

do let us know! In another context I was recommended by a nurse to take thiamine supplements -:she said everyone middle aged or over should in her view - and your B is a type of thiamine. According to that article.

The B isn’t mentioned on Tinnitus UK website so you might head over there and query with them.
