Jaw - making additional ring?

So im not going into detail about my history. I have very loud T (several tones, can hear it over most things) Its reactive so reactive to all sounds. I also have H too. Everyday is a struggle, I havent seen any improvement. My biggest challenge is the loud T. I subject myself to daily normal sounds but the T gets so bad I just dont want to live anymore.

Today I juted out my jaw and it creates an additional loud ring and it happens every time I do this. What does this mean if anything? Is my T nerve related? Can I get any treatment?

I have bad neck for years - wonder if seeing a chiropractor will help but obvioulst dont want to make anything worse as I wont be able to cope.

it’s possible you have temporal mandibular joint (TMJ) problems. It’s likely that your dentist could offer you some help.

If you haven’t done so already, have a look at the website of Tinnitus UK. You may find something there that resonates with you.

And yes, a chiropractor or physiotherapist might be able to help, too.

I've seen there is some kind of tapping thing you can do on your head approximately parallel to your ears! I also have a ruined back !

Not what you're looking for?
