Hi I bought the Lenire programme in April 2024. I followed all the steps scrupulously for 12 weeks. Sadly it has had no discernable relief on my tinnitus.I have suffered from the condition for three years so I guess I could still habituate to it.

many thanks for telling us about this. Enquiries about Lenire come up every few months and it’s good to get someone’s “lived experience”.

No reason for you not to habituate, it can take a lot of time. Have you considered CBT?

Habituation varies for each person. I'm 20 months in and still not there yet.

Try clicking on link below and watch this video about Tinnitus and how you might be able to eventually overcome it, published by a guy who had it and now he’s apparently got rid of it? It’s def worth a looking at and in this landscape of doom and gloom we often keep seeing on here it opens the door to a chink of light and some positiveness. Hope this helps. Mark.
