Been suffering with one sided tinnitus for about 9 years. Admittedly not really loud most of the time but probably I have to focus on another health problem or I fall over and this takes my attentionI have been on a Paleo diet now for a week and early days yet but tinnitus has reduced significantly. Has anyone found this to happen to them?

Yeah when I first got it this year Doctor jacked with my ear 2 of whom did it and it might it start bringing and when I first got it I cried and I was depressed and the more I focused on it the worse it got and I finally got myself out of That rut and started focusing on other things and for my understanding it's in your head not in your ear
