Hello May be of interest. Have recently installed F1 2023 to the Playstation 5, in the sound settings for the game not seen before is a Tinnitus option which can be adjusted in htz for sufferers, should help promoting awareness of the condition.

Anything like this can only be a good thing.
I see from your name ModelMetalworker - you must be like me with a small lathe, pillar drill, various small devices whirring away doing stuff in a home workshop. How do you find the noises of our craft and the T? My lathe (Emco Unimat) is ok but things like grinding and drilling can be bothersome. The frequencies interfere with the T and make it seemingly girate between the inner ear and the outside World. Have taken to wearing ear protection when doing a lot of stuff these days.
Hello, yes a similar set up, in the early stages of the T. it would spike badly when blocked by external sounds including machining, guitar playing and even shaving, now as the months have gone by it has become much more manageable as a background hiss with no noticeable spikes except after sleeping, remembering how bad it was I consider the improvement a blessing but know it could change without warning , still keep up with Daily Digest as regular tips and advice appreciated.
"Horizon: Forbidden West" apparently also has this function on PS5 in the audio options, but as a bitter, grumpy Xbox person, I cannot confirm this 😁
Sony has a list of accessibility features for first party games (games which Sony originate and publish) here: playstation.com/en-gb/acces...
"Spider-Man 2" has a particularly helpful set of frequency reduction options, I'm pleased to say.
Ah, if only I was into playstation games. Interesting to know, but not my cup of tea!! Hope you enjoy the game!!
