tinnitus getting worse

I’ve had Ménière’s disease since 2019 most of the time I can cope , but lately my tinnitus is getting worse can’t seem to control it, any advice would be most welcomed

Id suggest you start, Girkins, with reading the website of Tinnitus UK (if you haven’t already) and DONT believe any “cures”

But there’s lots of ways to help yourself and make things easier.

Personally - and this is just me - I find I ignore it unless it’s brought to my attention like now. And that’s the eventual aim: habituation.

This community can be very helpful but of course many people who’ve been helped don’t come back here to commentas it only reminds them of bad times.
