Chinese medicine and Tinnitus

Hi peeps

I came across this interesting info from the Independent while looking for info and remedies, the article is from 2016 but did have some great results based on Chinese medicine and Ying & Yang and was wondering if any current members of this group had any experience of this or knowledge (I suspect any that have been cured are no longer active members of the group) 🤷🏼‍♂️

When we see articles about tinnitus (when they don’t come from a really reputable source) we ask ourselves “if this really works then wouldn’t it be well known? As there are billions of T sufferers in the world? “. Mind you, I write without actually reading the article as it seemed to be blocked.

I’ve been told by various specialists you can’t cure tinnitus. The best remedies are CBT and/or sound therapy. I suspect there are real triggers that haven’t been acknowledged. They do say inflammation which causes numerous ailments as possible cause so I try lots of new things to see if any work. We all live in hope … such a hideous condition.
