Feeling vibrations in head

Just wondering how many people actually physically feel noises vibrate inside there head with their tinnitus?

Yes, when its really bad my head feels like its vibrating. I really dislike that sensation, probably the worst aspect of my symptoms.

Yes I get bursts of static noises all the time.

Yep, very occasionally lying in bed and feeling relaxed. The usual T hiss is suddenly replaced by these unexpected vibrations, or convulsions. For a while I thought it was some kind of astral travelling, whatever that might feel like. But still very much here!

yes i do when it get really bad -happened more recently as my T has become worse
