Let’s give ourselves some hope

I just may be out of line in what I’m about to say, right now there’s no cure for T, it doesn’t mean that in the foreseeable future a cure for T won’t be available. Lots of us struggle day in day out, but surely some grain of hope we must have. Just look how far we’ve come with this dreaded cancer, medicine has come a long way. Personally, yes , right now, the cure is not there, but let’s give ourselves some hope, it’s a tiny step

I suspect Ginkgo will play a part. The compounds within. I look on the net for any research and if I find anything significant I will let the community here know.

I bought some gingko tea to see if it worked. Subsequently, I learned that gingko helps with high blood pressure (possibly). My BP is normal, so now I have two packets of unused gingko leaves.

The tea is pleasant enough but I'd rather have a cup of coffee 😊.

Today's a tablet day, Kelly, so hoping for some respite tomorrow afternoon as have a social. But it might happen on Thursday. As before, on tablet day, the T is a little more profound that afternoon so final 30mg tablet will be down my neck just before lights out. If there's one thing going for me, it is the ability to sleep, come what may...

You're not out of line at all, there are people out there working on a cure, and I'm sure they will come up with something. Sometimes that thought is all I have to keep me going when I'm feeling really down, and that sort of positivity helps others here too. Cheers mate!
