Ginkgo Trial (winter update)

The story so far. Taking 3 x 30mg Ginkgo during the lighter months one day a week resulted in a relief of my mild, variable T the following day. For 5 or so hours in the afternoon. I have now established that the same happens during the darker days but it takes 2 days for the effect to happen.

I put this down to reduced daylight and the weakness of wavelength of what daylight is around. I have long suffered from SAD (intensely during the 10 days both before and after the solstice) so no stranger to the effects of light on the brain.

Perhaps we all live two lives, so to speak, depending on the length of the day. Whether we notice it or not, that's the question.
