My ears have been ramping up the last couple of days, very distorted and grating and very clogged, my head feels heavy and thick.
Anything OTC that may help to alleviate it at all? Just so I can stop annoying so many people as I normally do when it this bad? No parties or loud noises planned.

Hi holly rain, sorry to hear you are suffering, if it helps my T has gone through the roof, if it gets any louder I’m convinced my head will explode! I blame it on this time of the year where expectations are high and my mood is low!
I don’t know of any OTC that may help unfortunately, so I’m not much help to you but someone on here may have other suggestions,
I’m sure you don’t annoy people, I’m the same as I feel It helps to talk about it until I realise the look on their faces tell me they wished they hadn’t asked how I am feeling ha ha.

Hi, my advice would be to go to parties but try and avoid any loud music, as I find that being out with other people takes my mind off my T. I can even talk about T and it still does not affect my T.
