what I’d like you to bear in mind, Vincent, is two things.
Firstly, what helps one person does not necessarily help another person.
Secondly, if someone has been helped by a product or therapy or whatever it might be, they may no longer want to be on Health Unlocked because they do not want to be reminded of their tinnitus.
Personally, I do not notice my T because I’ve become habituated to it and I only hear it when I am unwell, tired, or writing on this site!

What I was trying to say is that, it works fairly well for some people then they won’t be on this site at all, so you will not find out from them. If anyone replies, it could be because it hasn’t worked!
And of course if it works really really well then we would all know about it I think!
Nono i am saying i would follow them and there is individual variation.Just a stage here to share something about tinnitus , it would be productive and informative

Not sure if you can know unless you try. $287 a month is not in everyone’s budget and, as has been said before, what works for me might not work for you.
I trust the professional medically trained people to offer me the best support along with the opinions of most on this wonderful forum. As Happyrose said, I only tend to think about my T when discussing it.
